If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return
or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at
sales@bali-silver-beads.com
to reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your
order. You must email us prior to returning any item (or items) for
refund or exchange with the order number and obtain a return
authorization number that must be included in the address. Your
payment will also be refunded to you as soon as our product(s) is
returned via a traceable courier (USPS express mail, or registered
mail).
You are always responsible for paying the 2CheckOut.com fee for all
product returns and any non-refundable shipping fees. Cost of
delivering the exchanged items will be the responsibility of the
customer. Visit www.2CheckOut.com to view their fee schedule.
Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful usage,
improper handling and packages received that does not have a return
authorization number.
